    How to Write a Good Bug Report

    Include These Details:
    • Page/Section: Which topic or page has the issue?
    • Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.
    • Device: Desktop, tablet, or mobile phone
    • Steps to Reproduce: What did you do when the bug occurred?
    • Expected vs Actual: What should happen vs what actually happened?
    • Screenshots: If possible, attach images of the issue
    Example: “On the B2.1 Membranes page, the SL quiz embed shows ‘file not found’ error. Using Chrome on Windows laptop. Expected to see the quiz form but getting Google Drive error message instead.”
